اگر آپ کا دشمن غالب آگیا ہے ۔ تو دشمن کا تصور دشمن کا چہرا دماغ میں رکھ کر یہ آیت پڑھیں۔ بلاتعداد ۔ پھر دشمن کاہشر دیکھیں ۔ اگر کسی کے لیے بلاوجہ پڑھیں گے تو پھر اپنا ہشر دیکھیں۔ احتیات لازم ورنہ نقصان.

                        فَدَعَا رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ  

                                                       سورة القمر-آیت نمبر 10
